Let's get the bad news out of the way first. My blog has, I hope temporarily, lost the capacity to load photos. I'm working on it but it may be a week - or more - before I can load any more images. Meanwhile, I'll post photos on my Facebook and Google+ pages.

On the good side, today I head off to explore the west of Ireland for a few days. As a knitter I'm looking forward to the Aran Islands. As a fan of the movie Princess Bride I plan to visit The Cliffs of Moher. Will keep you posted, as usual. Because I'll be travelling the main blog may not come out on the scheduled day, but I'll do the best I can with the resources available.

When I return to Borris I'll be working on a new book. I'm putting together a volume of my most popular short stories, both from the site and from my files. Initially it will be in PDF format, although hard copy may be a possibility in the future. I'll keep you posted!
